Our products are designed for supervised use as part of early enrichment and development. They are not toys and should not be left unattended with dogs. PupFurn is not liable for misuse or damage caused by unsupervised use or use outside the recommended age/weight guidelines.
2. Handmade Nature
All items are handmade to order. As such, slight variations in appearance, finish, and materials may occur. These are part of the charm and individuality of handcrafted products and are not considered faults.
3. Custom Paint Colours
We use pet-safe Ronseal Garden Paint, suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Customers may select from the available colour range. Once dry, all colours are non-toxic and safe for pets. Final shades may vary slightly depending on screen settings and wood grain. Please scroll through the Ronseal website to view colour examples before making your choice.
4. Turnaround Time
As all items are made to order and can involve longer wait times. We’ll always aim to deliver as promptly as possible and keep you updated on progress.
5. Care & Maintenance
To ensure longevity, we recommend storing items indoors when not in use or during extreme weather. Regularly check fittings, screws, and surfaces for wear, and tighten or maintain as needed. Items exposed to heavy or prolonged outdoor use should be covered or brought inside where possible.
6. Suitability
Please ensure products are used in accordance with age, weight, and breed suitability. If in doubt, please contact us so we can advise or customise accordingly.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless an item is faulty or damaged on collection or arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.
8. Liability
Pupfurn accepts no responsibility for injury or damage caused through improper use of our products. Always supervise puppies during use and discontinue use if any part becomes worn or damaged.

🔁 Returns
As all of our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect colour/size selection. Please ensure all custom requests and details are correct at the time of order.
🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a description of the issue along with clear photos of the product and packaging. If a fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
🎨 Handmade Variations
Due to the handmade nature of our items, some variations in appearance, wood grain, or finish are to be expected and are not considered faults. While we take great care to ensure consistency and quality, we are always looking for ways to refine and elevate our work, so variations materials may exist. Paint shades may also vary slightly from images or samples due to the natural materials used and differences in screen displays.
