Refunds:
All items are considered custom-made and/or personalised, and are therefore non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or differ significantly from the details confirmed at the time of order, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This includes, but is not limited to: name engravings, bespoke sizes/designs, custom finishes, or special design features.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives with damage or develops a fault, please notify us and Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate resolution—whether that be a repair, replacement, or refund.
